An Avocado Dipsh-t

The dipsh-t being the Los Angeles woman (where else but California) who is suing Kraft Foods for not having enough avocado in its avocado dip. Said the dipsh-t, Brenda Lifsey: "It just didn't taste avocadoey..." Ms. Lifsey should be beaten with a sack of avocados for bringing such a ridculous and frivolous lawsuit. It is way past time this country adopted a "loser pays" system for torts.

Absolutely! Either that, or outlaw contingency fees by lawyers; if people had to pay as they go, I guarantee you they'd think twice about hiring lawyers or signing on to class-action lawsuits.
She is a dumb bitch, but the sad part is, Kraft will prbably settle.
